AllesWirdGut, an international architecture office, was founded in 1999 by Andreas Marth, Friedrich Passler, Herwig Spiegl, and Christian Waldner. Based in Vienna and Munich, the firm employs 85 people from diverse backgrounds and has realized over 80 projects in 38 European cities and New York. The office's portfolio spans residential, educational, office, and cultural buildings, as well as urban and interior design projects. Notable projects include the Doppelmayr Hohe Brücke office in Wolfurt, the subsidized residential quarter D9 in Seestadt Aspern, Vienna, and the Center for Technology and Design in St. Pölten. AllesWirdGut is known for its innovative approach to urban regeneration, as seen in the LUX project in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxembourg, where a disused steelworks was transformed into a public square. The firm's commitment to sustainability is evident in projects like the Niederösterreich Haus Krems, one of Austria's largest passive-energy office buildings. The office's design process is driven by digitalization, automation, and collaborative working. They utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) and cutting-edge technologies like Virtual & Augmented Reality and 3D printing to optimize project planning and construction processes. Currently, AllesWirdGut is working on residential and office projects with a total gross floor area of 600,000 square meters, including approximately 6,000 workplaces, 2,500 residential units, and 1,500 educational places in Austria, Germany, and Slovenia. The firm's work has received numerous awards, including the Austrian State Prize for Architecture and Sustainability.
