The Creative Bureaucracy Festival 2024 was held in Berlin, focusing on innovative solutions within the public sector. The event attracted over 1,850 participants and more than 200 speakers from nearly 40 countries, all eager to exchange ideas and best practices in administrative innovation. Attendees enjoyed a diverse program featuring four stages and four interactive workshop tracks, covering 83 sessions on various topics, including citizen-centric grant management and state modernization. Prominent institutions such as the Project Management Institute and the OECD Observatory of Public Sector Innovation contributed to the discussions. Additionally, the festival included forums addressing the role of artificial intelligence in public administration and offered participatory formats for engaging discussions. The aim was to enhance the reputation of public administration and attract imaginative young talents, ensuring a dynamic future for bureaucratic innovation.
