ChangemakerXchange is a global network that brings together nearly 1,500 young social innovators from over 130 countries, including many across Europe. At its core, the organisation fosters inclusive and empowering spaces—both online and offline—where changemakers can connect, collaborate, and access continued support. The network’s vision is to build deeply connected communities dedicated to co-creating solutions that benefit both people and the planet. Members typically join through immersive summits, which offer an intensive experience focused on peer learning and relationship-building with other social innovators. This initial entry point leads to lifelong engagement in the network, where members benefit from ongoing capacity-building, knowledge-sharing, and access to resources designed to help them scale their impact. ChangemakerXchange also plays a key role in strengthening the ecosystem for social innovation. Through initiatives like The Possibilists, it not only researches and advocates for the needs of young changemakers but also runs collective programmes to address systemic challenges. Facilitation is another major pillar: the organisation trains world-class facilitators who support changemakers and other networks through participatory methods that prioritize wellbeing, inclusion, and meaningful collaboration. The network prioritizes diversity, equity, and holistic wellbeing, aiming to create safe and supportive environments where young leaders can thrive. By promoting peer mentorship, co-creation, and sharing open-access resources, ChangemakerXchange works to unlock greater impact across social and environmental challenges throughout Europe and beyond.
