K9 Coliving is a self-organized coliving space located in Östermalm, Stockholm, Sweden. It occupies a former hotel and offers 1200m² of common spaces, including five kitchens, co-working areas, meditation spaces, and more. The community has been active since 2016 and is known for breaking social isolation. Residents live in individual rooms or pods, with options for couples, singles, and roommates, ensuring a balance of privacy and shared spaces. The community emphasizes co-creation, with residents contributing to the space and its activities. K9 has a strong focus on sustainability and personal growth, attracting professionals from diverse backgrounds. The project has received over 2500 applications and is part of the Tech Farm network, which includes other coliving spaces in Stockholm and Berlin.
